The perfect build!
We all have visions don’t we? Visions of the perfect job, the perfect house or for most of us reading this mag, visions of the perfect car! But how many of us are able to turn this vision into fruition? Well, one such person who was able to accomplish this is John and his vision involved one of the classics from the United States; a 1956 Chev! But visions don’t just happen! They’re created from experiences in the field of desire as we make our way through previous visions such as a modified 1968 Toyota, Jags, Fords, a t-bucket and 34 rod John had previously owned. Last weekend saw the annual Camperdown Cruise fire up once again bringing rockabilly fans from all over the country for the four day festival held at Camperdown in south west Victoria. GM fillies at the Turf Track
Headed up to the inland city of Ballarat today for the 2nd annual GM day put on by the good folk of the Ballarat and District Early Holden Car Club. Located at the Ballarat Turf Club, it catered well for the large number of GM made vehicles that turned up. Estimations were in the order of 450 seeing many of Holden’s finest on show as well as a good array of American made GM items. The quality was high giving the punters plenty to check out while making the judges work for their keep.

While it was quiet start to the second annual Kev’s Carpark Family Day car and bike show held at St. Albans Football club, it wasn’t long before motoring enthusiasts came out in their droves determined not to miss out on this social gathering of automotive admirers.
