Long Beach swapmeet

G’day, checked out Longbeach swapmeet and car show on our first day in LA. Although the overcast conditions didn’t look like the LA image we were expecting, the cool rides on show made up for it. The variety of customs, classics and muscle cars shows the diversity of tastes and styles found in this melting pot of cultural contradistinction. From low riders with their high detailed brush work and copious bright work through to bruising muscle with that raised old school look. Clean street rods and radical rat rods filled the parking lot while swappers perused the grounds taking in the bargains found throughout the many stands. This was just the start of our trip and an example of what we were about to take in.
